Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the shipping label and send the package via your local post office; please retain your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
